Audrey Hepburn as my inspiring person
Edda Hepburn Ruston or we known as Audrey Hepburn. Audrey Hepburn was born on 4 May 1929. Her mother, Ella Van Heemsta, came from a nobel Dutch family. Meanwhile, her father, Joseph Hepburn Ruston, came from Irland.
Her life stories not always as happy as we thought she was. There were one spot that she felt sadness that pretty deep. One of thing that made she felt that was when her father left the house and never came back.
" The best thing to hold onto in life is each other"
That was what she said. One of the best thing in our life was have each other no matter what. That would be a memory that never be forgotten, especially for family.
In 1937, London. Audrey started her school in private school for girls, in small village, at Elham. It was so hard for her to made a friend because she had a trouble with her english. But, that made her liked to read books. As the time went on, there were a slight thought in her mind that she would be a famous ballerina. It begun when she watched a ballet concert. At this year, there were a world wide war II , that made Ella worried of Audrey. Then, Audrey came back to Arthem. And there, she was practicing so hard to become a ballerina.
In this war situation, made Audrey had less food and also made her nutrition went down. Because of that, she had Anemia. After healed, there was a good news that they now already free from the war. But the bad news was the ballet courses had been closed by the government. To accomplished Audrey dreamed, they moved to London, and Audrey started the ballet course again.
But, the things was not go well because she had 170cm tall and it was too tall for a ballerina and also because of her financial condition. In London, she started to moved to onother dream that maybe cometrue. She decided not to lose hope, so she tried her best. in 1948, she auditioned a drama musical and with a shocked , she was accepted to play her role in " High Button Shoes" drama musical. Followed in 1949 and 1950 with " Sauce Tartare" and " Sauce Piquante", and also in 1951 with " Secret People".
In 1951, a famous director, William Wyler, was looking for his main character. It was a long time to find the right person, until he knew about Audrey. And finally, he picked her for the movie. It called "Roman Holiday" . And also a drama musical with her, main character, in "Gigi".
Her hard worked to achieved something was one good example for us. She would tried her best in her whole life. She never gave up her dreams.
In 1952, she started to practiced her role in "Gigi" drama musical. She had to practiced her actings, her voice, and many mores. She got a little bit depressed because of her surrounding life or people. For the started, they had not notice anything special about Audrey, they underestimated her. But, after that drama musical , people gave a perfect respons. That made Audrey something. Then, she became famous and continued her job in her next movie, "Roman Holiday, in Rome. In 1953, she came to Hubert de Givency to made her a dressed for her movie "Sabrina". After that, she always went to him, when she needed a dress, she never go to someone else, that made her ,"Hepburn Style".
On September 25, 1854, Audrey married actor Mel Ferrer. She stared in films Funny Face (1957) and Love in the Afternoon. And then, she gave a birth of her first son, Sean. After that, she got news from her managment that their production was not good without her and also Mel production's wasn't help. If she acted again, she would make a miracle. And she accepted the offered, and would be played the next film, Breakfast at Tiffany's.
In 1985, Audrey spent her time in Swisss before she came back to Hollwod for the new film. At that time, Audrey had a baby again but she lost it. Not as usual, Mel ignored her and Sean. He only focused with his worked. And Audrey felt sad about it. And then, they got divorsed in 1968. On January, 19 1969, Audrey married Dr. Andrea Dotti. and she gave a birth her second son, Luca Dotti. But news about Dotti that had played many girls made Audrey sad, and decided to got a divorced.
Audrey devoted herself for humanity. She helped children, adults, and all in Africa. In 1976, she came back for a movies. And then she married Robert Wolders. And then she became a special ambassador UNICEF to help children and others in Latin America and Africa. She concived people in the world to help each other. Not only with their own country but other too. Help as much as we could do. She attended press converses , interviews, all of that made her down, she didn't keep her health a priority anymore. She always thought about people that she had to helped. And because of that, Audrey had difteria. But her condition wasn't go well, it got worst. And she had been told that she actually had a cancer.
At her last Christmast, she read her favorite poem to her children. And the time went on, she had passed away in 20 January 1993 , Swiss. She also got an awards of a humanity Jean Herslot as her dedication on UNICEF.
