Aspiration Day!!

Aspiration Day is an annual event in SMA Negeri 3 Bandung. The goals of this event that to make the school better. So, there would be one day that all students could tell them their opinion about something that related to the school. But it must be rational, real, and honest.

Before the event started, a week before, there were several students that had been collected all the aspiration from all classes. The aspiration could be something critics, opinions, or even suggestions. But it must makes the school better for the future.

Aspiration Day is also can be a motivation for the students. Therefore, the student parliament invented guest star, it can be a politician, singer, or else. The guest star would telling the students about the story of their life or a story aroud them, so it would be a motivation for the students.

What do you know about rainbow?

A rainbow is a meteorological phenomenon that is caused by reflection, refraction, and dispersion of light in water droplets resulting in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky. It takes the form of a multicolored circular are. Rainbows caused by sunlight always appear in the section of sky directly opposite the sun.
We can see it in many colors combination such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.

If you read about the title, you might be wondering this several questions :
1. What is Monochrome Rainbow?
2. It is black-white rainbow?
3. Or is it just one colored rainbow?

So I will tell you about monochrome rainbow.

• Monochrome or red rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon and a rare variation of the more commonly multicolored rainbow.

Its formation process is identical to that of a normal rainbow (namely the reflection/refraction of light in water droplets), the difference being that a monochrome rainbow requires the sun to be close to the horizon; i.e., near sunrise or sunset.

• Then why the color is red?

Red Rainbow happen when the sun is on the horizon. They're created for much the same reason that a sunset or sunrise looks red. Because, when the sun is low, the blue and green of its rays are weakened by scattering during the long journey to your eyes through Earth's atmosphere. The red light travels through more directly. And that's it you see a red rainbow.

It happens when you're watching a sunset, and there's rain in the air, turn in the direction opposite the sun and watch for the elusive red rainbow. But it is not certain because red rainbow is a rare.

It is with very great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Syifa Indira Khairunnisa to support her application for admission into Harvard. Syifa Indira is one of the student that have much passion regarding science, especially Biology. Syifa is a student that have many energy among the other students. Because besides, that she is one of the top student in 3 Senior High School, she also active at one of the upper organization in school, Class Representative. 

As from little, Syifa grew as an independent person. Her parents are one of the reason that she becoming an independent person. In her childhood, her parents are busy with their work, so she was rarely to meet them. Because of that, when she was in the elementary school, she had no motivation to go to school, and that made her in the last rank. One time, her friends were talking about her, how stupid and lazy she was. After that time, she thought about herself that she could be a better person.
Syifa is always listen from little to big things,  but she can choose which one is important to her and which one is not. After that incident, she surely changed. She could get the first place in her class, and also got the bronze medal for Science Olympic at the provincial level.

Several years later, she moved to Bandung. She studied at 5 Junior High School for 3 years and now she is in 11 grader at 3 High School Bandung. She is active in many extraculicullar such as SPED, etc. In high school, she also got an achievement that is she is the winner of Duta Air 2018. This achievement made her do such a great thing that is she was becoming one the speaker for a Socialization Program to save our water in the future. Looking backwards what she did, she did very big thing at her age. She is brave enough to do new things. Many teenagers at her age, does not want to try a new thing, but not with Syifa. She will give her strength and her believe to do many things in her life.

Despite with her caracters and achievement that she made, Syifa is our next best doctor. Syifa means "cure". She wants to be helping people with their own problems, with their own sicknesses. Healthy is one of her reason, she wants everyone to be healthy, because healthy is important. She also wants to be a lecterur and a speaker for a doctor symposium in the future. The reason is because she loves to share her opinion in many things. Furthermore, she wants to make a Hospital, S-Hospital. She knows that to reach hear dream is not an easy way, but she believe if she study harder and never give up in everything , she will become one of the best doctor. There is a quote that she loves, " Nothing Worth Having Comes easy", that means that she should try her best until she gets it. Syifa is truly a hard-working and also a very bright person. A little thing about me

My full name is Siti Nadya Khairunissa Alamsyah. People used to called me Nisya, Nisa, Nadya, and others. But I do prefer if people just called me Nisya. I was born on 9th November 2002 in Bandung, so that makes me 16 years old. Now, I am a 11th grader student in SMAN 3 Bandung. I curentlly lived in Bandung with my father, my mother, and my little sister. My father is a doctor and also a lecturer in Fk Unpad , my mother is a housewife, and my little sister is now 10 years old and at the 5th grade of elementary school in Taruna Bakti, her name is Aisha.

I do have many things to do everyday besides school, such as courses that i took. Because of that, I like to choose something important first, or keep my priority first, like school and others. My friends said that I am one of the  perfectionist person because I like to be done something as soon as possible. Many people said that I am an unfriendly person , in this case, it is not that i am unfriendly, it just i have take many times to be blend in with new people that i have known. I am a shy person, it is so hard for me to show my expression.

Sometimes i kinda feel lonely, but it rarely happens. If i feel that way, i like to listen to music while i read a book, like novel, poet, or something elses , beside that i also loved to watch some movies. Not knowing much about myself  is one of my weakness. Sometimes i ask myself, what things that i like, what things that i do not like, or else. Maybe because i am in the stage in my age to find out more about myself.

Many people have their own achievements in their life. But do i have? Achievements that i have  is something that i adore about, something that i finally got it. Such as i have a good family, a good best friends, and others. Beside that, i do not think that i have achievement. Because from little i do not like to compete it just makes me uncomfortable sometimes.

For now, my goal is just to graduate from high school with a perfect score and make my parents proud. Hopelly, I want to get a SNMPTN to my dream university. My dream is to become a doctor, like my father and any members of my big family. Becoming a doctor is not an easy way. To be a doctor it will need 10 years or more. I am not just saying to be a doctor as a degree that i need. Exactly 10 years, i want to be usefull for people. But i will not stop there. After i graduate from my bachelor degree, i will take my master degree in abroad. Maybe after that, i will take a break first, i will go around Europe with the people i loved.

Bakti Desa 2019

Bakti Desa or we usually called Bakdes is an annual event for 11th grader in SMAN 3 Bandung. The purpose of Bakdes are to socialize and get to know all situations in all conditions.

This year,2019, is my year to become part of the Bakti Desa Program. This event held on 3rd until 5th January 2019. This event located in Cibereum village. Each class has their own spot that they will stayed in.  My class stayed three days in RT 02 RW 11 kec. Kertasari, Bandung, Jawa Barat. My foster parents are Mrs.Tika and Mr.Ade. In the Mrs. Tika and Mr. Ade house, I stayed with my two friends and one teacher. 

First Day : 3 January 2019

Early in the morning, around 5-6 am , all 11th grader gather in the school hall while carrying all stuffs for Bakdes such as clothes, foods, and other. After briefieng, around 7.30 am, all 11th grader went to Cibereum village with angkot. Around 11.30 am , we arrived at Cibereum Village. After that, we had given a welcoming from the head of the village. After that, we went to the house where thr parents foster lived. In the rest of the day, we just stayed around the house to get to known each other more.

Second Day : 4 January 2019

On the second day,  we had a breakfast in our foster parent’s house. After we had a breakfast, me and my other roomates had a littlle streching at the back of the house. All of my class gathered around the field at the back of my foster parent’s house because we want to played with kids that lived their and also wanted to help people their with their work. We went to the potatoes garden, and we also had been taught how to plant potatoes.

Last Day : 5 January 2019

On the last day, we visited Situ Cisanti. After that, we packed our stuffs for back to Bandung. Around  11 am we back to Balai Desa to get to the closing ceremony of Bakti Desa Activities. After that we wnt back to Bandung.

Edu Passion 2019

Hello back again with me! Actually this is my first blog in 2019, I hope this blog and all come up blog will be usefull for all of you :)

So actually, there was some event at my school. This event held in 24th January 2019. This event called Edu Passion. Actually if you looked into my previous blog, I already posted about Edu Passion.

So, in my previous blog, I didn’t tell all the detail here, I just gave you a video from my team youtube channel. But now, I will tell you all about Edu Passion here.

Edu Passion 2019

Edu Passion is an anuall event at my school, SMA 3 Bandung.
So, Edu Passion is an event that helps 3 grader wheather from SMA 3 Bandung or from other school to find all information about the university and information about lectures abroad.

So these are the information that I known :

1. UNPAD
    Medical science is the most wanted faculty in UNPAD. Faculty with the highest competition is from engineering faculty and all faculty related to health.

2. UGM
    Medical science is also the most wanted faculty in UGM. The difference between UGM and UNPAD is that in UNPAD you must do service in remote areas. But not in UGM.

3. UI
    In UI, all study program has A accreditation. And all students can cross the majors. The most famous faculty in UI is also Medical Science.

4. UNJANI
    The advantages of this university are UNJANI has high graduate and complete equipment. And they also have medicine science as the most wanted faculty.

So that’s it. These are my explanation about several University and faculty.

SDG’s topic : QUALITY EDUCATION

Why we choose "Quality Education?'
Quality education is the key that will allow many other SDG's to be achieved. When people are able to get quality education they can break form the cycle of poverty. Quality education of someone affects their own future.

So now we get into the point.. 
Enrollment in primary education in developing countries has been reached 91%. It is a good news for education.
There has been enormous progress in achieving primary education.There are..
1. Worldwide number of children out of school has dropped by almost half
2. A dramatic increase in literacy rates
3. Many more girls are in school than ever before

The other progress has also been seen in some developing regions who has seen an increase in the number of children out of school.
Beside the progress,we have a fact that..
Globally 6 out of 10 children and adolescents are not achieving a minimum level of proficiency in reading and math.

So what we can do?
We can ask our government to place education as a priority. We can also make or join a community as volunteer to teach children who have problem in economy for school.

Is it Youtube friendly?

     Youtube is an American video-sharing website headquartered in San Bruno,California. Youtube is one of many media social that used by many Indonesian young generations. Youtube is allowing users to uploud,view, rate, share, add to favorites, report and comments on videos, and many other things. For Indonesian young generations, youtube have good and bad impact. There are many things that we don't realize how youtube affect us.

      In Indonesia, there are many young youtubers from different speciality, like beauty, food, traveling, and others. Youtube can be provided as a job. Many artist are becoming a youtuber and they think that as a job. But not a few youtuber that had bad influences for our young generations. Many young viewers had seen their idol in youtube, even though they didn't know what were their seen are good or bad., especially on behavior. Many young youtubers had spoken freely, the disn't think that their words will ruined many young generations.

        Youtube also can be useful for some reasons. Beside of to watch an idol or else, it also can be provided as knowleadge. Many of young generations in Indonesia had used youtube as a place for study. They believe that with their watched the videos, it will help them. For children, youtube can also be their friend, it also made their self-confidence better.

         And the conclusions is that Youtube can be friendly or maybe not. Youtube is a place for creators to developed their ideas, it will help them to be better. But youtube can be unfriendly if we are not choose the right videos or creators.

DEBATE 1 : "The house should ban cigarettes from the society."

Opening Government

Cigarettes have a bad influence for health. It gave a bad inpact for our body. It's also makes other people (passive or active smoker)  not health because they actually breathe with the same air (passive or active smoker). 

We can do many things or any activities to relieve stress, such as singing. Even though we smoke in the private room, it still have ventilations for the air sirculation.

Opening Opposition

Cigarettes can do for a way to releiive stress. Some of people maybe like it that way. It's also a human rights for them to choose either to smoke or not. And it had been a culture for some boys, who want to be a mature, to smoke in our society. And that culture is hard to erase.

To make Indonesia and new generation heathy, We must not smoke. So we can live healthier than before.

If cigarettes stop producing, it will affect the income of Indonesia and also people who had been working there, will be jobless.

Winner Debate 1: I think the winner is the opposition. Because they are too many people who do smoke, so it has a less chance for government to erase all kinds of smoke.

Offering and Suggestion Analysis

In this blog, I will analysis my friends conversation about offering and suggestion. My friends are Sabrina Diva and Sespiana from XI Mipa 4. Before I analysis the conversation, I will write the conversation below, after that, I will write the analysis.

My friends had already chosen the topic for their conversation, the topic is about choosing a major at the college. And this was the conversation :

Sabrina : " Hai,Sespi."

Sespi    : " Hai, Sab. Why you look sad?"

Sabrina : " I'm confused."

Sespi    : " Confused about what? Boyfriend huh? :)"

Sabrina : " Hahaha. Of course not. I'm confused about what major I will choose during that college."

Sespi    : " What kind of lesson do you like?"

Sabrina : " I like art culture and also mathematics."

Sespi    : " Hmm, How about architecht?"

Sabrina : " At first, I insisted to choose architecht too, but my mom told me to choose a bussiness."

Sespi    : " I think you should choose the major according to the lesson that you like. Because you                          like enjoying."

Sabrina : " Oh my god, Sespi! You're so genius! Okay, I agree with you. But by the way Ses,                                What major will you choose?"

Sespi    : " I want to choose a medical department in UNPAD."

Sabrina : " Wow..."

Sespi    : " In your opinion, what type of doctor is suitable for me?"

Sabrina : " Hmm.., I think you should choose a love doctor. So, if I broken heart, you can heal it.                         Hahaha.."

Sespi    : "Hahaha... I'm serious, Sab."

Sabrina : " Okay, okay. I think you should choose a pediatrician because you like children."

Sespi   : " Okayy, thank you for your opinion."

Sabrina : " Yaa.."

So these are the conversation, and now let's begin to analysis:

1. First, I will analysis about the offering and suggestion. 

    I think that they had already presented good enough for offering and suggestion. The conversation are when Sespi offered Sabrina to choose architect and she also gave Sabrina suggestioned about choosing the major (the blue line). Sabrina also gave Sespi a suggestioned. Sabrina told Sespi that she should become a pediatrician because she liked children (the green line).

2. Now, I will analysis about the grammar that they used. (red line)

    I think that their grammar are already good. It's just a little bit wrong when Sabrina said ,"..what major I will choose during that college." , It should be better if she said  , ".. what major will I choose later in college.". And also when Sespi said , "Because you like enjoying.", It also much better if she said, " Because you like to enjoy that lessons."

Conversation about the additional subject

Conversation about choosing the additional subject.

This conversation were between me and my chairmate in class, Syifa Indira.

After 1 month school break, me and all my friends are going to be a second grade in the High school. We are going to be in one class again because the class will always be the same for 3 years in High school.
There is a different between first grade and the second grade, the different is that in the first grade, we won't be able to choose our additional subject because they all had to be learned at that time, however in the second grade, we must choose our additional subject between Economic and Germany.

Syifa : " Uhhh.. It's so hard to decide the subject that I willl choose!"
Nisya : " Hmm.. I think it depens on you."
syifa : " But how?"
Nisya : " Which one do you like? Economic or Germany?"
Syifa : " Hmm.. Let me think. Actually I prefer Germany than Economic."
Nisya : " So, what do you worry about?"
Syifa : " I asked some people and most of them choose Economic."
Nisya : " Oh, so that is the problem."
Syifa : " To be honest, I enjoy to learn both of them."
Nisya : " Don't be affected by others."
Syifa : " Of course.. It's just a consideration. But Nisya, actually I haven't ask you yet, right?"
Nisya : " Hahaha right!"
Syifa : " So what subject do you choose?'
Nisya : " I choose Economic."
Syifa : " And the reason?"
Nisya : " Because I think it will be useful for me and I like subject that relate to counting too..."
Syifa : " Hmmm great, I think I have decide."
Nisya : "" Sooo..?"
Syifa : " I think I'm going to choose Germany because I like to learn language and I love the accent tho. "
